In Class Rhetorically effectiveness

I think the best one was the "One-Stop Proposal for Area's Homeless Looks Promising*" I think it was good becuase it was short and to the point. There was no room to get lost in pointless information. It was straight forward and easy to understand. I think it is a proposal that everyone can see what the ideal goal is and how people as a whole can achieve that goal and make sure it gets done in a timely manner. I also think that the course plan chose effectivce areas to cover that if worked on could really help the general goal.
